  Oversees all aspects of the Help Desk/PC Support services. Provides issue resolution within the MID department, recommend solutions to resolve complex issues. Responsible for maintaining master EUD images, performing GOLD Disk, STIG (Security Technical Implementation Guide), Retina and ACAS reconciliation to ensure IA goals are met and that all systems have been patched with required IAVA's. Assigns service requests to the appropriate subgroup within the Pensacola Naval Hospital MID Service Desk. Requests for service are received via a web interface, email, and telephone. Provide End User support to satellite Branch Medical clinics. Support provided to Branch Medical clinics include: desktop supports, hardware and software support and repair, replacement of end of life equipment.

- Provided end-user support of computer hardware and software for Pensacola Naval Hospital Pensacola and satellite clinics.- Assisted the PC Support Manager in day to day operations and filled in the position while the PC Support Manager was out of the office.- Installed and repaired computer hard drives, video cards, modems, RAM chips, monitors, network cards, operating systems: NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows 7.- Installed updates windows updates and security patches to prevent the loss of data via virus or other malicious software.- Provided Help Desk Support at NAS Pensacola Medical and NAS Dental clinics. Support to include hardware upgrades and software updates.Provided assistance to the ADP Equipment Manager with inventory of computer related equipment. Track inventory changes of workstations via removal, replacement, or newly installed equipment.
