Responsible for multiple e-commerce sites: Starbucks, Food Network, Kraft, Rachael Ray, Paula Deen, Pillsbury, Betty Crocker, Calphalon, Marley Coffee and Cooking.com.Responsibilities included the management of software development including QA and project management). Managed IT and data center operations. Software was developed using Microsoft technologies: C#, ASP.NET MVC, MSMQ and SQL Server. Web analytics implemented using Omniture, traffic and audience metrics via Quantcast and product recommendations using MyBuys and Certona. Endeca search engine is used for guided navigation and site search. SharePoint for content management. Software development managed using Agile practices via Scrum.
