Co-led technical implementation of ViacomCBS' video advertising stack, including consolidation of media properties, data and reporting, and the launch of the Paramount+ streaming service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:* Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the majority of FreeWheel's product offerings.* Be knowledgeable about technical integrations for our entire catalogue of worldwide clients including Comcast, NBC, Sky, Microsoft, Hulu, and more.* Serve as first responders to P1 through P4 tickets, communicating in a timely matter, and troubleshooting approximately 80% of potential issues including technical troubleshooting, video integration, QA testing, configuration changes, and network configurations.* Work with various teams across FreeWheel including Network Operations, Developers, Business Analysts, Project Management, Account Managers, and Solutions Engineering.* Update internal and external documentation per our release cycle.* Be primary Services engineering on-call as needed.* Work with our Data BU and Linear team as needed.ACCOMPLISHMENTS:* Served as primary SME for NBC ad serving of the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics.* Conduct intermediate-level internal trainings for onboarding new hires for subjects including ad trafficking, ui navigation, finance and invoicing, and more.* Perform on-site client trainings for intermediate-level engineering engagements for several of our products.LANGUAGES & PRODUCTS USED:* MySQL* PrestoDB* Knowledge of delta, repa, and repo workflows.* Knowledge of audience targeting, common adtech 3rd party integrations (DFP, SpotX, UpLynk, etc).* Knowledge of video file transcoding and error reporting.* Charles / WireShark* Binary log hosting on AWS S3.* Kibana* Postman* Troubleshooting ad trafficking and workflow with XML, SCTE-130, and JS.
