 Founded and built a small business which specializes in the delivery and application of recycled water for landscaping and construction purposes. Managed day-to-day operations including the dynamic scheduling of daily operations and worker assignments. Designed and built small scale title 22 compliant integrated alternative (recycled) water systems. Tasked with outward facing potential clients, industry groups, dealing with customer satisfaction, and managing weather events/crises. Acted as primary point of contact for current customer service and communications. Handled all new account prospects and including drafting presentations, estimates, and contracts. Onboarded new employees and trained them on company procedures and compliance with rules and regulations. Oversaw company finances and managed cash flows including AR/AP.  Organized and gave special marketing presentations to city public works, utilities, and council members.  Attended and presented at community fairs, workshops and informational events. Designed company logo, flyers, and website (www.purplepipeco.com).
