Perform Infinera network fault isolation and repair. Ensure that on shift or on call supervisor is promptly notified of all Network, Environmental and Infrastructure events requiring Event Notification. Properly open, status, update, and close repair activities in appropriate databases. Direct field resources to resolve facility impairments or outages. Providing backup and support Tier III during critical or catastrophic network events. Ensure all appropriate equipment alarms/tickets are being actioned. Actively monitoring the network and managing shift brief. Projects will be assigned and expected to be complete within a certain deadline.

Designed, Built and Tested Networks with various range of bandwidth's from POTS lines to OC192 rings. Cooperative Testing with Central Office Technicians, Field Technicians, Vendors and Customers in order to better isolate trouble and repair.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Diagnose and troubleshoot cell phones once programmed. Tested on PCB boards checking for signals and broken components. Isolate troubles and work with Lead Technicians and Engineers to maintain all cell phone boards before leaving manufacturing plant.
