Joe has successfully facilitated the launch, growth, and exit of 100s of companies. Over many decades, he has helped businesses solve their most pressing challenges, thus accelerating their growth and maximizing their exit value.As a co-founder, in 1986, Joe grew the Transworld Services Group staffing company to over $45 million in revenue in ten years. By 1994, the company was among Inc. Magazine’s fastest-growing, privately-held companies. Looking forward, Joe created a performance-based staffing program that became a significant differentiator in the marketplace and sold the company at a significant market premium ten years later. Soon after, Joe became President and 50% owner of ASG, a $3.5 million construction staffing company, growing it into a $150 million business with 30 offices in five years. In 2007, ASG was sold to a publicly traded company, again at a market premium. As an advisor, following the sale, Joe grew his own firm, RVR Consulting Group, guided by two principles: to help small and midsize companies accelerate their growth and maximize their value and to improve economic development in communities across the country. With a team of aligned professionals, who are operationally-focused, financially-minded, and action-oriented, Joe has been able to achieve both goals, year after year. In the community, Joe sits on various advisory boards, and is the Founder and Chairman of the Conductive Education Center of Orlando (CECO), a non-profit center for children and adults with motor disabilities.
