During my time at Christian Louboutin, I assumed many roles to become a strong asset to the company, enabling a strong and profitable business. My duties included leading, training, and motivating a strong sales team whilst overseeing the operational side of the business. I developed clientele and motivational strategies to keep sales strong during slower periods, whilst always focusing on stock levels and preferences to make sure our client’s needs are being met and exceeded. I also oversaw and developed our social media platform, helping drive business and awareness to further excel sales and customer service.

I had the great privilege of being part of the New Bond street development, and worked primarily in the watches & fine jewellery department. I oversaw many different areas of fine jewellery, including transferring stock into the boutique dependent on general client taste, guiding & assisting staff from different departments, admin, and developing a strong client base.
