I handled minor collections tasks by taking in customer payments over the phone and setting up promise-to-pays.As Lead Line, I handled calls from HSBC AutoFinance customers who wished to speak to a supervisor regarding their concerns. I compiled performance statistics of my team, comprised of 9 agents. I also gave regular coaching sessions to my team to let them know how they have performed and gave tips on how to improve their performance scores.

After explaining these, I would then convince the customer to open an account by gathering their information by phone.As a Credit Card Officer, I received calls from existing Citibank Credit Card holders and handled minor concerns regarding their accounts, such as account balance inquiries, requests for copies of their statements, and card activation. I handled more complicated concerns, such as customer complaints about their accounts, explained fees that appear on customers’ statements and handled lost/stolen credit card concerns. I also created goodwill with customers by selling additional products/services connected to their accounts, such as additional cards, credit card insurance, and security services.
