As President of Processors, LLC, Joseph is responsible for the strategic and tactical management of the world's leading supplier of solid state polymerization and melt extrusion technologies. He has held this position since March of 2022. Previously, Joseph was Chief Executive Officer of Momentive Quartz Technologies; responsible for Profit and Loss management of the $300MM+ division. This includes strategic planning, promoting growth, and managing the overall operations and resources of the business. He has held this position from May 2012 through May of 2020.Until May 2012, Joseph served as Senior Director and General Manager of the Ceramics business unit of Momentive Performance Materials. Joseph joined GE in 1996 as part of the Technical Leadership Program with GE Nuclear in Wilmington, NC. In 1999, he moved to GE Corporate as an auditor within the GE Corporate Audit Staff, advancing to the level of Audit Manager. Joseph joined GE Silicones in 2002, and held positions of increasing responsibility for commercial finance in the Americas pole, and manufacturing finance with the GE-Bayer joint venture in Leverkusen, Germany. Until March 2010, Joseph served as Chief Financial Officer of Momentive Performance Materials Inc, Quartz and Ceramics.Joseph is a graduate of Texas A&M University (College Station, TX), where he earned a bachelor of science degree in nuclear engineering.
