The Category Manager is responsible for the timely recruitment of contract labor (i.e., Affiliates),reactively (to support emergent work) and proactively (to improve capacity or cost). Affiliateselection and negotiation will be based on expertise, experience, cost, responsiveness, location,capacity, and acceptance of TrueSource requirements. Drives continuous improvement viatraining and development of the Affiliate network in their assigned trades; the Affiliates’compliance to contractual requirements; the management and delivery of related scorecards;and the management of capacity planning tools, web portal, and all related self-help tools. Actsas lead Subject Matter Expert for assigned trades, leveraging specific knowledge of parts,equipment, and labor requirements for related jobs. The right candidate will be data andprocess driven, acutely aware of Customers’ Service Level Agreements (SLA), collaborative inapproach, and focused on continuous improvement. The candidate should be adept atidentifying negative trends, developing recommendations to resolve, and then coaching theorganization (collectively and individually) to higher levels of compliance and proficiency.

The Affiliate Coordinator is responsible for the timely flow of work-orders and the associated communication, follow up, and issue resolution for assigned affiliates. More specifically, the expectation is to facilitate outstanding affiliate relations; provide thorough affiliate knowledge; and strong teamwork, problem resolution, and time management skills. Must adhere to customer deadlines. Promote both internal and external confidence in the services we provide. This position will require a minimum of 40 hours per week. Occasionally, more than 40 hours will be necessary to complete the work; national coverage includes covering time zones from the East Coast to the West Coast. Flexibility in work hours or schedule may be required in order to accommodate the needs of the business.
