Started as a rep September 3rd, 2013. Promoted to Senior Expert with the introduction of the Team of Experts model. Throughout my tenure I held numerous temporary coach roles supporting teams between permanent leadership. I gained exceptional analytical and time management skills through data reporting and delivery of reports on tight deadlines to both my direct leader as well as our frontline reps and senior leaders. Led the charge in providing resources and planning events for the Pride ERG at the Charleston, SC call center. In 2018, I started a photo project called “Proud To Be You” which grew each year until it was rolled out to the entire company in 2021! I’ve single handedly coordinated and produced events including mixers with drag queens and guest speakers, community organizations, and a Q&A panel of self identifying LGBTQ+ individuals as well as advocates and allies.

In this project role, I worked with a partner to create a studio space in order to acquire information and transform it into digital assets for the frontline to be able to access. During this 8 month stretch assignment, I created numerous video series. These series included: “Heat News You Can Use” a weekly broadcast from senior leaders regarding recognition and important organizational updates; “Meet Your Leaders” a series which reintroduced the frontline to various leaders while learning about their personal and professional lives; “So You Want To Be A…” a series dedicated to career growth which explored various roles within the organization with each providing what the role entails, ways to career path to that role, and valuable internal and external resources to assist in career pathing. I was responsible for shooting, editing, production, and delivery of content. During my time in this role we worked with numerous departments to create video content including Recruiting, Frontline Development Consultants, Human Resources, and Training. We also got the opportunity to work as assistants for various assignments with our national studio team including a national level photo campaign aimed at cross collaboration between DE&I ERGs that rolled out across the org and has been used in digital, print, and television commercials.
