I spend much of my time in the Private Equity and Venture Capital ownership models and understand the speed of transaction and bring a solid understanding of the financial aspects of business and the impact to the bottom line. Working with some of the largest PE firms I also understand the motivators and rewards of private equity and know how to deliver for optimized realization of carried interest and achieving the hurdle rate as quickly as possible.

Working with the transformation team I evaluate corporate operations to build a target operating model to support the definition of strategic and tactical changes for increased operational efficiency for financial and operational optimization. With the Integrated finance transformation team I focus on the full cycle of the finance processes, identifying gaps in process and technology and crafting solutions to meet the needs for efficinecy and perfromance. My role is focused on enterprise class projects with integrated customer PMO and business operations functional leaders to produce present and enduring value in the target company. Our methods create early and significant return on investment while establishing sustainable efficient operations for the resulting enterprise. Sustainable results require every aspect of operational efficiency be optimized from applications and systems to the corporate structure. This is achieved by applyting the specialized tools to cut through the oerational complexity to produce clear results.

Instituted the management structure for all enterprise class IT, Merger and Acquisition, Post Merger Integration and Marketing, finance transformation, and business operation projects. Technical lead on the deployment of a multi-site ATM communciation network. Managed all aspects of deployment for high performance network capability, workstations, servers, and enterprise class storage to support the prototype and testing of a multisite analysis system. Tested new versions of the Sun operating system for application compatibility, Tested SGI solutions for cross platform compatibility,project plans, developed deployment plans, and executed the delivery of these services to across departments. Managed the budgets and orders of new hardware and software and worked with the development team for new releases.

Developed a portable - relocatable radio communication system for establishing outpost collection of open source information in remote locations such as radio and tv broadcasts. Systems Engineering lead for communication management and analysis solution deployed for the UK client, responsible for managing the installation of the server and communication systems and the deployment of the workstations to the end users. Designed and executed several upgrades to systems to increase reliability, and managed all the project plans and execution of the deployment.
