-Manage the recruitment process for technical roles (software engineers, developers, architects, data engineering managers, product managers, etc.) and successfully place a high volume of tech candidates across various positions, ensuring strong placement-to-hire retention rates.-Collaborate with leadership to support and refine the agency's recruiting strategies and goals.-Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business, culture, and technical needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.-Assist in the offer negotiation process to ensure favorable outcomes for both clients and candidates.-Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.

IT- Provide IT services and support to PNWATC’s network infrastructure for 28 locations across 5 states (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska). Assist IT director with network topology design. Implement topology design through hardware installations, and subsequent maintenance. Perform remote technical support for incoming queries and tickets with Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk and Zoho Assist. Responsible for setting up new devices, and preforming software installations for new users. Input all new devices into Spiceworks Device Inventory. Network administration with Ubiquiti/UniFi platform and Google Cloud Controller.Web Development- Develop and maintain new web pages for PNWATC’s client facing web application (tcpnw.com) utilizing WordPress, custom CSS3 and Google APIs. Served as HR's point-of-contact for managing PNWATC’s “Career Opportunities” web page. Responsible for keeping web pages accurate and up-to-date. Digital Marketing- Manage distribution of digital content across 15 separate social media pages. Schedule live streams and content distribution. Produce video content for PNWATC’s marketing assets and social media pages. Video editing, color grading, and rendering done in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder.
