Experienced Operations Manager in supply chain management, logistics, warehousing and distribution. Prior General Management experience in third-party logistics, inventory and warehousing. Beginning as an independent contractor driving and performing deliveries provided a foundation for learning all aspects of an operation. Holding many positions within a warehouse environment afforded the challenges and opportunities needed to grow in this industry. This approach yielded an understanding of many roles housed within an operation, the communication needed to tackle challenges, and the holistic perspective to develop strategic solutions. Having honed my focus on leadership thus far, my intention is to continue to learn, grow, and ascend within the Lowe’s organization.
