As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, I lead marketing support for the multifamily capital markets groups based in Central Texas. This includes the conventional and land team investment sales, the debt and structured financing team, the national manufactured housing, and the national student housing team. My responsibilities include the following:-Design, prepare, and write content for proposals, flyers, teasers, offering memorandums, and all other marketing materials for listings and RFPs. I work directly with our brokers, analysts, and clients to make sure that we are satisfied with all materials before bringing to market.-Perform up-to-date market research for Central Texas region. I read all industry-relevant publications to keep a pulse on new developments, legislation, and demographic information that would be relevant to our marketing materials.-Coordinates with third-party vendors for photography, video/aerial footage, and virtual tours for listings.-Creates and manages listing websites and mass email communications using various third-party integration managers.

Responsible for the development of brand and visual identities that speak to specific client communities.• Development and overseeing the branding for our annual multi-million-dollarconferences (Mega Camp and Family Reunion).• Managing and providing feedback to freelancers. These freelancers includeGraphic Designers, Illustrators, Photographers, etc.• Contributing to our marketing strategy and providing insight on the best waydesign can be used efficiently and effectively.
