Oversight on Receiving, Inspection, Stocking, Inventory and Cycle Count, Order Picking, Shipments, Logistics and Continuous Improvement (ACE/LEAN) for Operations in a 3PL environment with New Breed Logistics. I left the great organization to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ to be with family I needed to reconnect to. I wish the best for Derco and it's associates. I am now relocating back to Wisconsin as of early September.

Supervision of a team of up to 15 direct reports as well as temporary/contracted workers with a focus on safety for the worker. Oversight in receiving, basic quality inspections, stocking, order picking, strict inventory control practices, preparation for ISO and other industry related quality audits. Also administrative tasks such as creating and maintaining clear and concise work instructions and procedures. Continuous improvements on processes and facility layout to support ACE/LEAN/6 Sigma principles. Set up new warehousing to support both low and high turn inventories for military transport aircraft (primarily C130) at our remote facilities.
