Worked on the 2008 budgets and profit plans for the division with the controllers of the 10 US and 5 International plants and created a Consolidated Budget and Profit Plan for the Division. Worked on special projects and reporting including new business analysis for the 2007 and 2008 fiscal years with projections out to 2012. Created a new template to analyze and complete the account reconciliations for the Division office as well as the 15 Aerospace Conveyance Division plants in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Performed the inter-company analysis of all 15 plants which make up the Fluid Conveyance Systems Division, which includes Strategic planning for the North American and European sites.Prepare and upload of profit plan and budget information for the consolidated plants as well as monthly forecast information. In charge of the Cost Containment and cost savings initiatives for all 4 of all four of the above mentioned plants. The cost savings initiatives for 2008 that were identified were in excess of $5million combined. The annual sales of the combined four plants exceed three hundred million.
