I manage multiple teams within the Software Defined Network Attached Storage (SDNAS) organization. This organization is responsible for the next generation architecture and design of High Performance Compute (HPC) solutions, replication technologies and anti-virus/anti-malware protection products. I manage the software development team, quality engineering team, system verification team and lab infrastructure team for all of the product lines.I am responsible for the product development of high-performance storage cluster software designed to use an innovative Parallel File System and Data Services to process large data sets delivering unmatched performance on throughput and IOPS with very low latency to Linux applications.As part of the SDNAS team, I played a pivotal role in managing the incubation of the critical Filesystem Snapshot technology. This technology was aimed at unlocking namespace snaps at scale to completely transform current data services for providing snapshots, data backup, data migration services. I am also responsible for product development of Dell Common Event Enabler (CEE). This framework is a middleware product running on Windows or Linux which provides the enablement via abstraction of third-party Ecosystem partner software with Dell Storage platforms. The Framework provides a working environment for facilities which enable anti-virus, anti-malware, anti-ransomware, event-correlation, key-management, and encryption capabilities for Dell Storage platforms.In addition to my project specific responsibilities above, I am also responsible for all people management aspects of all the team members. I am responsible for settings goals, mentoring, managing day to day schedules and doing performance appraisals as well as equipment forecasting.

I manage a team of experienced professionals responsible for applications that manage Dell EMC high end storage arrays. I am responsible for the core infrastructure and security aspects of the product. My responsibilities include planning development cycles, managing functional specifications, technical design and implementation as well as supporting previous releases in the field. I am also responsible for all people management aspects of the team. I am responsible for settings goals, mentoring, managing day to day schedules and doing performance appraisals. I am also responsible for doing vacation planning, equipment forecasting and anything and everything needed to get the product out on time.

Lead architect and designer of enterprise level software used to collect, analyze and report Symmetrix storage array performance data in both real-time and historical environments. Directly responsible for architecture, design, implementation, testing and support for the STP Daemon. The STP Daemon is a software solution that bridges the gap between an embedded environment within the Symmetrix storage array and the Unisphere for VMAX visualization software.Designed and developed STP Daemon solutions to solve big data problems. Large Symmetrix storage array performance data sets along with short collection time’s required innovative solutions to maximize space and performance to be able to collect, process and send statistics data at 2 second intervals.

Manage software design teams that implement new products and applications.
