Responsible for providing service and technical support for the Rod Lift Automation product line. Work with customers to schedule and coordinate installation of RPCs and VSDs this includes working with customer’s I&E staff and/or contractor’s. Schedule and track service techs to make sure we are providing good and effective service as efficiently as possible.Provide and direct technical support for field and production personnel.Assist with sales presentations that include the full Schlumberger Rodlift product lines.Provide training for internal Schlumberger personnel who are not familiar with Rodlift Automation. This includes some global personnel.Help with R&D for the product line. Maintain a good working relationship with our partner and provide customer feedback and insight to help product improvement

Responsible for the day to day operation of the Goldsmith facility, including full P&L responsibility, personnel management, and dispatching of crane crews and haul trucks to install, move and repair new and used pumping units. This requires the ability to efficiently direct the crews and schedule jobs, to maximize productivity while maintaining cost control. There is also the added responsibility of interacting directly with the customer, whether it be managerial or field level, to ensure that they are satisfied with the products and services we provide.

Responsible for day to day operation of the Odessa facility. This includes full P&L responsibility, inventory control, scheduling of unit prep, personnel management and the overall revenue of the profit center. The core business is the prep of pumping units to meet our customers timetable for delivery, set up and completion of their wells . This requires the facility to maintian an inventory of various sizes and configurations of pumping units to fill a variety of needs. The yard includes a concrete fabrication area that produces products packaged with pumping units, as well as products sold to other areas of oilfield production. At times, inventory must be moved between profit centers to fill specific needs, so communication between facilites and updated inventory counts are very important.

Installation and repair of oilfield automation products. Lead technician on Injection well product line. Installed and programmed full line Lufkin pump off contolers(Well Manager) as well as VSD and PCP. Performed in-field software upgrades and worked directly with customers to reach optimal operation of equipment. In addition to being named as the designated Lufkin technician for installation and repair for major E&P customers for the latest equipment, was the trusted technician requested to work on older control equipment made by other manufacturers.

Included in responsibilities: budget and personnel decisions, conflict management and resolution, project management and workflow scheduling (multi-discipline workflow scheduling for project completing).
