Lead Quantity Surveyor• Provide Support, Assistance and Train team of Quantity Surveyor/s for all Post Contract Management related activities according to the Company’s Business Strategy and Portfolio. Such as, ‘HULL New Build’, ‘Topside Module Fabrication’, ‘Turret and Module Fabrication’, ‘Integration’, ‘Refurbishment & Life Extension (RL&E)’ and ‘Conversion’ of FPSO Projects;• Provide assistance, guidance and support to the Project Management Team (PMT) ,during the FEED stage, for any Quantity Surveying related activities such as, ‘Quantum Alignment and Verification check’, ‘Ensure the Cost Estimates in the CAPEX are up-to-date as per Yard or Market rates’, ‘Setting up the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) to co-relate Eng’g MTO for standardization purpose’ & any other ad-hoc QS related activities as and when required;• Provide assistance and feedback during Bid Evaluation exercise to Project Management Team in consolidating and tabulating Tenderer’s Proposal, BoQ and SoR for Cost Comparison purposes and basis of selecting a successful Bidder;• Assist Delivery Manager to go through RL&E Scope and establish a standard Bill Of Quantities, based on the Scope of Work. Identify the Quantum Involved, Unit of Measurement to be used, and the Method of Measurement as per Shipyard's norms;• Provide assistance to CM (Contract Management Team) and inputs in developing Project specific Contract Preambles, Schedule of Rates & Bill of Quantities during ITT/Pre-Contract stage, Contract Negotiation until Contract Award;• Lead a group of QS’s (for New Build HULL, Topside Module Fabrication, Turret Modules & Integration Packages) on their day to day activities related to Quantum measurement, Cost Estimate & Forecasting, Variation meeting & Discussion & Internal meeting with the Management;• Provide guidance, support & recommendation with the Stakeholder with regards to the Provisions under the Contract when negotiating various Commercial related matters impacting Budget and Schedule

•To familiarize and understand detailed work scope as stated in the Contract, including the Pre-ambles, BoQ, Schedule of Rates and apply it as a method of re-measurement.•Prepare detailed MTO for Piping based on weight as per Owner requirements and at the same time includes Dia inch for Operation purpose, with reference to P&ID and AFC Isometric Drawing issued by Owner and our Engineering.•Prepare MTO for all Pipe Supports drawing, issued by Owner, as per their Company’s Engineering Standard (CES) Specification.•Conduct site inspection from time to time of actual work done by contractor, which includes Insulation, Pipe Supports and any other items where Owner requires for his verification.•Ensure that all lines based from Project Specific Line List was captured and measured for claiming purposes.•To provide realistic estimate weight to lead QS as a Provision Quantity for his revenue forecast report.•Help the lead from monitoring till reconciling total weight of Material Supply by Owner and Yard by means of Material Reconciliation exercise base from PO and list of Materials received both signed by Yard and Owner.Other duties and responsibilities assign aside from QS:•Assist Costing Department in verifying the Invoices submitted by Sub-contractor on their claims for monitoring cost budget control.•Work closely and liaise with CP (Change Proposal) team for all the additional work done on board and assist them on their variation claim.•Ensure that all work on board has been captured by JCF, to substantiate all claims, and close it with WCF.•Assist the Lead for monitoring, verifying and finalizing all the lines as per BoQ for final closing of account, which also includes material reconciliation report with the owner.

Sanko Singapore Pte Ltd.Electrical Quantity Surveyor• Involve in Singapore Metallocene Elastomers (SME) and Singapore Polypropylene (SPP-2) facility under Exxon Mobil’s Singapore Parallel Train Project (SPT).• Monitoring Field and Site instructions as well as verifying and evaluation of claims.• Perform aspects of contract administration for construction works, improvement and related works.• Preparing of contractual/commercial correspondence to client, consultants and subcontractors• Familiar with the Client contract specifications relating to cost, unit rates and claim procedures.• Able to communicate effectively with client relating to any disagreements on claims.• Advised construction team of any change of work stated in the contract, which is not cover from the scope of work, to recover cost.

• Involve in Singapore Hydrocarbon Fluid and SPA-X facility under Exxon Mobil’s Singapore Parallel Train Project (SPT).• Able to carry out estimating and measurement of construction works, clarify and evaluate tenders and manage the resultant contract through monthly variations, variations control and assessment of claims.• Responsible for re-measuring of quantities from drawings, sketches and specifications in order to prepare final material take off and present it to client.• Responsible for the performance of operations, measurement and pricing of construction work that actually performed by the contractor as opposed to the construction work described and measured in the construction contract between the owner and the contractor.• Carry out site measurement evaluation and certification of work progress claims.• Prepare budget, monthly progress claim and cost estimation and evaluate subcontractors billing and variation orders

• Involve in FPSO Armada Perdana,OYO Project, under Bumi Armada Berhad.• Ensure excellent customer relation and achieve customer satisfaction throughout the project• Liaise with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Engineers and Clients pertaining to site matters arising from the projects which include improvement, quality and other technical concerns• Ensure that all installation works for electrical and piping meet client and yard standards and specifications• Supervise and coordinate with the site supervisors to perform on site piping and electrical works and other technical concerns• Site inspection, checking and supervision of the installation and project co-ordination at project site• Prepare Daily progress report and weekly progress report• Ensure safety, health and environmental operating procedures are followed and counsel staff about safety issues and/or concerns• Prepare detailed drawings according to plan and submit to client for approval
