As a Deli Associate, I was responsible for cooking chickens and finger foods to sell. Along with maintaining the workplace clean and regularly checking temperature for hot items in the hot box and several fridges to ensure standards are kept well and safe to sell. Other than cooking, stocking the deli section is a part of the job as well, refilling any products on the shelves and enforcing FIFO mentality when stocking.

As a prep cook for the catering side of the company, I was responsible for completing various task to be done that will or later be used in events our team is responsible of. I mainly worked in Garde Manger plating salads and desserts and as a kitchen assistant.
