After serving in the United States Air Force from May 2017 to January 2024, I transitioned to civilian life as an IT Support Specialist Lead at Akima, where I manage critical NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS networks supporting over 4,500 personnel. With a TS/SCI clearance and a strong foundation in network administration and cybersecurity, I specialize in securing and optimizing systems while streamlining processes for maximum efficiency.In my current role, I’ve led initiatives that improved service delivery, reduced incident resolution times, and enhanced infrastructure security. I thrive in high-pressure environments where collaboration and innovation drive results.I hold a CompTIA Security+ certification and graduated from the Boeing Cybersecurity Technical Apprenticeship Program, where I gained hands-on experience in threat detection, network security, and risk assessment.
