• Identify and onboard new trade partners (freight forwarders, trucking company). Revamped the ocean freight contracting process, resulting in a more efficient and economical flow in the supply chain.• Implemented new procedures and strategies for forecasting. Plan and track every aspect of the operation process monitoring their performance leading to significant cost savings.• Supervise the CSR team, managing all customer order processing, routing, and allocating in the ERP system. Liaise with EDI team to ensure all the vendor compliance are followed.• Coordinate with the production team to properly create, process and update orders /shipments, tracking all orders progress to ensure timely delivery. Oversee e-commerce team and assist them with all their back-office needs and shipping requirements.• Maintain daily communication between company factory and 3PL factory, as well as with foreign based suppliers and affiliate China office, supervising all necessary operation procedures and policies as well as managing timely shipping and tallying containers.• Itemize and approve all invoices/ expenses related to operation. Negotiate and plan all payments to trading partners in cooperation with finance team.
