As a passionate and dedicated Social Worker, I take great pride in my extensive experience in various facets of social work. My journey began with field training at the Fund for Combating and Treating Addiction and Substance Abuse during my third year, followed by field training at Al-Khanka Psychiatric Hospital in my fourth year, culminating in a one-day camp focused on case management. I graduated with a bachelor's degree, completing a project on the requirements for investing in university youth and its relationship to achieving sustainable development. This journey has endowed me with numerous skills such as effective communication, empathy, problem-solving, organization, case management, guidance, counseling, and My passion for social work has only fueled my desire to specialize further in my career. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Planning, having completed field training at the Ministry of Social Solidarity in the Planning and Follow-up Department during my second level. Here, I honed skills in strategic thinking, data collection, research and analysis, project management I believe in the limitless potential for learning and growth. Therefore, I aspire to continue my academic journey by pursuing a PhD in the future. This will further equip me with skills in education and awareness, collaboration and teamwork, flexibility and adaptability, time management, critical thinking, innovation and creativity, advocacy and influence, and leadership. In essence, skills are not merely talents; they are earned through hard work and dedication. By practicing these skills, one can achieve a high degree of competence and effectiveness in their field.Many activities have been undertaken, including camps in youth initiatives and social development, as well as toxic masculinity and the Tomouh entrepreneurship program. Additionally, I am a co-founder of the "Second Chance" initiative to support young talents for free and the founder of the "Vision" initiative to raise awareness among Egyptian youth about the dangers of overpopulation and prevention methods. Moreover, I have participated in numerous seminars, including those on terrorism, intellectual extremism, and marriage choice as perceived by university youth. I have also made significant contributions to the success of the "Able to Challenge" events and participated in organizing the International Social Workers Day and Egyptian Women Forum. Furthermore, I have held various leadership positions in youth entities and served as a trainer in climate change.
