As a Team Lead overseeing the AR Support Advocates at Dentistry Support, my role is to manage, motivate, and guide the team in delivering exceptional support to our clients with their accounts receivable duties in dental offices. This includes updating patient and insurance information, posting dental insurance checks, and resubmitting claims when necessary.I ensure that accurate records of completed work are maintained, including traceable tracks and notes on work assignments, daily recap reports, and form submissions. Additionally, I direct work to specific offices for verifications, ensuring that our clients' accounts receivable processes run smoothly and efficiently.Apart from these responsibilities, I process payment posting requests through our 24-hour help desk and post payments remotely for dental offices, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and accurate payment information.My commitment is to provide exceptional support to our clients at Dentistry Support. I stay current with new internal and external systems and databases, and I train and gain proficiency in these systems to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support. I am flexible and open to performing other duties as assigned, making me a valuable member of any team within Dentistry Support.
