Cristo Rey Network Schools are unique college-prep high schools which allow students to work at corporations while their earnings off-set the cost of their tuition. There are 26 schools across the country and I assisted with the founding of two schools by serving as the Admissions Director of Christ the King Prep in Newark, NJ, and Cristo Rey Columbus in Columbus, OH. Before my promotion at Christ the King Prep, I served as the Associate Director of the Corporate Internship Program from 2008-2010. I also served as an Americorps volunteer at Arrupe Jesuit High School, the Cristo Rey Network School in Denver, CO.I utilized sales and managerial skills to recruit students matched to a particular organizational profile, oversaw the recruitment and registration of new students, created promotional materials, supervised a fleet of vehicles while managing driver relationships, instituted performance improvement plans for the student workers, and managed client relationships ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local businesses and offices.
