A senior Human Resources professional and a Learning & Development expert with more than 15 years of progressive experience in people management, organizational operations and service field.My educational background in Tourism and Hospitality Management was complemented by several certifications and accreditations in Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), 360˚ debriefing, HR Project Management and Social Style, which supported the mission of transforming the paths of people.Throughout my career, I held different regional roles in the middle east with multinationals companies where I expanded my international exposure and gained a wealth of experience.As a certified Master Trainer, I design, develop and deliver training academies, workshops and webinars related mainly to interpersonal skills, service excellence, leadership, management, train the trainer and other behavioral and developmental topics. While providing consulting and development solutions, I partner with the various stakeholders, to understand their needs and requirements before offering pertinent advice, guiding and supporting them in reaching their goals. I am also an instructor at Université Saint Joseph (USJ) where I teach Management and Leadership courses.
