Project: To discover, analyze and validate business and system requirements for a B2B online gambling platform connecting online casino operators and game vendors- Helped launch a product that exceeds $100,000,000 in monthly volume and 6,000 monthly active users- Acted as the technical point of contact for 3rd parties in successfully integrating 30+ online casino operators and 10+ game vendors- Led targeted walkthroughs with C level employees including CEO, CTO, CFO to explain new features and ensured all departments were aware of how a new feature implementation would affect their business process- Analyzed requirements, defined user stories and created an ongoing scope document to facilitate a cohesive project team- Participated in client sales meetings to identify enhancement requests for creating our project roadmap- Created wireframes and worked through good UI/UX principles with designers for new layouts in our back office CMS increasing customization and thereby increasing customer activity- Collaborated with engineers and suggested solutions to implement new API integrations and help structure AFT’s database design for new contracts and features- Used MySQL to conduct data accuracy audits by matching transactional data from each of our game vendors’ databases to AFT’s database and ensured 99.9% accuracy in our reporting - Built game tracking and performance reports using PowerBI and SSRS to assist our department heads in making key client decisions- Implemented web tracking, including Google Analytics and Crazy Egg, to track our player behavior and provide insights into better design layouts - Managed the creation of compliance reports and delivered them on time in order to obtain UK licensing for our third party game provider- In charge of creating, coordinating, and distributing defect triage reports in the event of an outage or issue causing money loss to our clients- Hired, managed, and set up the data analysis team in Taiwan

Project: To initiate and implement quality assurance in Taiwan and to integrate with current project teams’ processes on casino gaming and non casino gaming web applications- Hired, managed, and led QA team based on project timeline and coordinated with teams in the Philippines, Canada and Singapore - Led team meetings to approve QA timelines and scope with project team- Set up and participated in peer-to-peer training with engineers to learn product APIs and, using that knowledge, built integration tests to ensure data was flowing correctly to and from our third party clients- Tested correct OAuth API requests were being sent and responses were generated based on customer requirements using Postman- Refined QA process by adding a design phase to ensure specifications were met from UI/UX designers thereby decreasing the designer’s review time- Tested front end user experience and functionalities including Login, Payment (deposit and withdrawal), and Casino & Sports Betting games streamlining user acquisition and activation- Initiated and guided Automation Team in Taiwan which created a test suite to run weekly regression tests- Fully implemented the QA process for non-gaming marketing and ecommerce websites throughout the SDLC from project initiation to project signoff

Project II (Sept 2013 - June 2014) – To conduct user acceptance testing on membership & billing mainframe for major healthcare insurance company located in Thousand Oaks, California- Managed ~25 remote colleagues in India and conducted user acceptance testing for multiple concurrent projects on a set monthly release calendar - Created and reviewed test plans, test cases, and test results provided from my offshore counterparts and conducted deliverable walkthroughs with clients- Gained approval on test deliverables from key stakeholders to begin text execution and complete test signoff - Coordinated between Cognizant management and client management to organize sufficient resource availability to test for each release- Required to meet strict timelines and pay close attention to detail in testing to ensure customer satisfaction - Notified QA management of project risk when issues were identified- Worked remotely through conference calls and emails with both the client and my offshore team across 5 time zones- Implemented an onshore lead to offshore lead model to shorten the time of daily status calls with my offshore team and increase efficiency in communication

Project I (June 2012 – Sept 2013) – To implement and test upgrades to Point Of Sale (POS) system for national retailer headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina- Coordinated the successful completion of 12 releases - Led and managed a team of 4 offshore colleagues - Assisted business analysts in feasibility analyses and proof of concepts to determine if new business requirements required development- Gave demonstrations to business users to present new point of sale functionalities- Ran status conference calls with offshore resources to assess test results and provide further guidance- Conducted build verification testing before releasing to my offshore team increasing their utility- Worked with client’s external vendors to implement new software and ensure defective software is fixedManaged Testing Center- Constructed a managed capacity process flow diagram in MS Visio to represent the Software Testing Life Cycle in a Managed Testing Center- Designed and assisted in the implementation of a SharePoint dashboard to report test metrics and status of test execution and defects to clients
