I currently lead TT's Newark Forensics Practice, where my work is primarily focused on the investigation of failed structures and facades. I routinely consult with attorneys, insurers, building owners, engineers, and architects in support of construction litigation and insurance claims.Areas of expertise include:-Facades systems including curtainwalls, window walls, metal panels, and brick/stone veneers-Glass breakage and IGU failures-Structural collapses-Structural deflections and vibrations-Concrete deterioration and repair-Evaluation of storm damage including wind, flood, fire, and slope failures-Personal injury claims (slip, trip and fall engineering evaluations)-Adjacent construction and building settlement-Temporary structures and high wall signs-Vertical expansion of existing buildings-Evaluation and strengthening of historic steel membersAuthor of "SE Structural Engineering 16-Hour Practice Exam for Buildings" and co-author of "AISC Design Guide 15, Rehabilitation and Retrofit, 2nd Edition"
