I am a highly adaptable U.S. Air Force Veteran and Reservist with 18 years of experience as a proven leader and SIGINT subject matter expert with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland in addition to a Computer Science degree. I have experience working at the tactical, operational and strategic levels of military operations and recently earned my PMP as well. As a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in RF systems, I excel in leading projects within the Project Management Office (PMO), serving as the primary liaison between our business area and clients. My role revolves around understanding client needs, developing comprehensive solutions, and translating customer requirements into actionable plans for engineering teams. Leveraging my deep expertise in RF systems, I guide the strategic direction of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. My collaborative approach fosters strong client relationships, driving business growth and delivering innovative solutions that exceed expectations.I have always had an interest in the technical side of the sensors and platforms that I have operated throughout my career which led me down the path towards computer science and electrical engineering. My coursework at the University of Maryland focused on controls engineering for autonomous systems combined with some experience in machine learning in addition to the standard electrical engineering curriculum. Almost every system out there uses controls in some way or another to function, and I enjoy applying the concepts I have learned to solve all kinds of problem sets. My machine learning skills are still being trained, but I am working to apply those abilities to both engineering and management issues to optimize my ability to focus on creative problem solving. My dedication to professional improvement and personal development has led to consistent recognition as being in the top of my career field while quickly moving through the ranks to becoming a Senior Master Sergeant. While on active duty, my strong technical background and leadership skills also led to selection to an elite joint command where I worked alongside the best and brightest the military had to offer. As a reservist, I am responsible for the training and mission management of 100+ ISR professionals as an Operations Superintendent.
