I have about 22 years experince and 8 years as a travler, I am currently a Instrument processing travel tech, I work with up to 3 or 4 companies at the moment, as a travel tech you need to be able to come into any department, build trust, and communication right away, to be able to adapt to any situation, and also learn there way of doing things in a couple weeks as every hospital is different. in a sense you have to be able to hit the ground running. i am a hard worker, team player, quick learner, fun person. I would like to be in a place were all my talents can be used to there fullest potential.the best part of doing this job never really got to me until a coworker, had asked a supervisor, that i be the one person she wanted to have process the surgical intruments to be used for her surgery, from decontamination, thru inspection, assembly and sterilzation, it was the proudest day i have ever had.
