Current● Oversees a portfolio of emerging biopharma companies and architects the commercial solution necessary to bring their first and second brands to market● Manages the business relationship with senior and executive stakeholders throughout the lifetime of a customer partnership, including: Pre-Sales, Implementation, Commercial Launch of a brand, and Steady-State Operations● Develops the scope and pricing for new engagements after understanding the infrastructure and commercial needs of a customer● Understands the value brought to customers by using a framework to measure Customer Experience, Customer Adoption, and Customer Outcomes● Annually secures a higher than 91% customer renewal rate, with most partnerships increasing in experience value and dollar value● Collaborates closely with Sales, Product and Delivery Teams to ensure the commercial solution meets the evolving business needs of the customer and is configured accordingly● Evaluates and integrates new technologies into existing solutions to enhance end-users’ experience ● Advises biopharma companies’ Commercial and IT teams on best practices for configuring a scalable solution that meets the data management, insights, and reporting needs of the company● Proactively identifies critical customer challenges and advises on resolutions and solution enhancements● Effectively onboards and mentors new team members to the Commercial Data Solutions team
