Student, Maintenance Tech, and Aspiring Homesteader. These are three words I would use to describe myself occupationally. Over the years, I have held many positions, gaining valuable life and job experience. This experience has informed my dream to run an educational homestead in Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula. I am moving toward my goals by advancing my skills and education. I am currently attending Bay College as an online student while working as a maintenance tech for Medallion Management in Gwinn, MI. I also work for Target as a Guest Service Advocate in Marquette, MI. I have held multiple jobs in property and landscape maintenance, as well as my fair share of non-profit work and volunteerism. My prior positions have given me excellent customer service skills, an understanding of non-profit work, a strong sense of community identity, and a tremendous appreciation for teamwork.
