Area of Responsibility: Europe, Africa, and SWASupports the NAVFAC ATFP Program as a FECTL (Facility Engineering Command Team Lead) and is assigned to NAVFAC EURAFSWA FEC OPS supporting the Navy’s ATFP program in Europe, Africa, and South West Asia. Is responsible for coordinating and implementing NAVFAC ATFP programs within his region and coordinates the Joint Program Management Guardian Installation Protection Program deployment of CBRNE equipment and systems. • Responsible for regional project execution and coordination of ATFP facilities projects, system upgrades and sustainment. Successfully oversaw the completions of two Regional Operations Centers and three Emergency Operations Centers, valued at over 7 Million Dollars. • Serves as the FEC level point of contact for planning/execution and issues during project planning and design implementation.• Is the Principle liaison between all Regional N codes, FEC Echelon IV, Echelon III, NAVFAC HQ ATFP, Ashore PMO, NAVFAC ESC, SPAWAR and other SYSCOMS.• Provides project updates to Echelon III.• Monitors and tracks all aspects and phases of ATFP task order development and execution for NAVFAC EURAFSWA.• Coordinates “reach back” technical support from NAVFAC HQ through Lead Systems Integrator (LSI)• Submits and tracks to resolution Project Deviation Requests (PDR). • Monitor maintenance service call status and escalated maintenance actions in the ATFP Ashore Remedy System and AIM Data Base.• Monitors PIM-MAC preventive maintenance/sustainment plan execution for ATFP equipment and systems located throughout the Region.
