Worked together to get all devices compliant. Added apps to auto install on workstations via Intune. Simplifile was acquired by Intercontinental Exchange, my job responsibilities remained the same, but I also took part in systems migrations with the parent and sister companies.

I was charged with managing and maintaining Windows servers including Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Deployment Server, samba file, Jira, confluence and a handful of internal servers. I assisted in an office move, exchange migration, pulled network cables for cameras and printer, actively patched the IT servers, and assisted with escalated tickets.

Took care of employee helpdesk requests, assisted in setting up a ticket system and asset tracker, and processes for onboarding new hires and terminations. I provisioned phones and extensions for new hires. I assisted in two email migrations and preformed pst exports and imports. I setup Windows Deployment Server and created a deployable image for employee machines and QA test boxes. I was also charged with managing and maintaining Windows servers including Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Deployment Server, files, Jira, confluence and a handful of internal servers.

I moved into an administrative role. My responsibilities changed to the following: managed the firewall, vpns, network, servers, backups, AD, Exchange, handled the IT side of 2 building moves, setup network, moved servers, eventually moved exchange to o365, and condensed multiple racks of servers by converting physical servers to hyper-v vms.

I was in charge of dealing with help desk requests as well as system backups, setting up new machines, user accounts, and email accounts.
