•Complete non-destructive tests and visual inspections on a continuous basis both in shop and field•Assess materials, parts and products for conformance with quality control requirements and production specifications•Responsible for training new Inspectors on applicable Codes and Regulations•Investigate and report Non-Conformance and create Corrective Action Plan•Implement new welding procedures and oversee performance•Generate work procedures and ITP’s to ensure compliance•Carry out regulatory audits•Work with TSSA & CWB Inspectors to ensure compliance•Calibrate and maintain all measuring equipment•Inspect work in various stages to ensure that quality standards are maintained•Ensure reports and documentation are accurate for various projects•Track progress of project•Perform NDE as required•Interpret blueprints and schematic

•Proficient in working with the following codes; ASME B31.3, B31.1, Sec. VIII. Sec. V, Sec. IX, Sec. 11-part A, B, C, CSA, B51, NBIC, AWS D 1.1, CSA Z 299.3 and ISO 9001. Certified NDE Inspector in MPI, LPE, PMI and metallurgy•Implement write and maintain ISO and ASME programs•Ensure job compliance to applicable code•Assist Safety Coordinator in company safety program•In charge of writing procedures for special processes (Welding, NDE & Manufacturing)•Identify and write corrective actions and follow ups to determine effectiveness•Research applicable codes for all repairs•Resolve customer complaints and concerns with concise verbal and negotiation skills•Displays courtesy and strong interpersonal skills with all customer interactions•Mentor new employees, explain protocols clearly and efficiently•Research issues on various computer systems and databases to resolve complaints and answer inquiries•Deliver support and problem resolution for customers•Inform customers about issue resolution progress
