Designed, implemented, tested and documented maritime C3 surveillance systems for the WMD-PPI Program in Ukraine. The project is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense through the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Stakeholders included: U.S. and Ukrainian governments, Ukrainian military and customs personnel and required political and cultural sensitivity to successfully manage vastly different work styles, requirements and agendas. Led the construction, implementation, and testing of the system onsite. Set the “gold” standard for all future DTRA WMD-PPI projects in testing documentation and execution. Other responsibilities include: SOW preparation, procurement, logistics coordination, MS Project Enterprise Server configuration, schedule maintenance, proposal development and presentation to customer and sponsor, and various Project Management duties.
