I am a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and a recent graduate of Hampton University. I have a B. S. in Kinesiology and a minor in military leadership. the taught me how to work with a team though solve complex problems, organize schedules and timelines, manage and distribute equipment, and organize Physical fitness training plans for my battalion.
