In the earlier year, Micro Optics was operating as integrator and distributor of products to enhance optical microscope's capability. In 2004, we enter into an agreement with a German manufacturer that is producing Optical Wafer Inspection system to become their Sales and Service partner in South East Asia. From then and on, we have grow our business to encompass various discipline such as:- Advance Overlay Optimization in 200mm & 300mm wafer- Wafer Inspection and Metrology- AMHS and Fab Automation- General Optical Microscopy and Metallurgy Our principle remain the same! Taken up a new challenge to enter the Semiconductor / Optical Industry. Joined Carl Zeiss Microelectronics Group (MEG) and was responsible for Application for various Optical and Wafer Inspection System.

Taken various role in SAM. Was a member of the Quality Assurance Team taking care of Quality related issue for Engine Mount manufacturing. Subsequently, taken up the role as Program Manager to manage the production of Engine Thrust Reverser. Was responsible to transfer the program to China in late 1990s.

Awarded the very prestigeous ST Aerospace Scholarship to study Mechanical and Production Engineering in Nanyang Technological University.
