As you will see from the enclosed resume, I have more than a decade of experience in the shipping and transportation industry. My resume will show that I have experience not only with the daily operations of a shipping office, but an extensive experience with handling any issue as it regards to customer satisfaction. My most recent position logistics manager for a 3PL for Super Logistics LLC located in Joliet, IL it has challenged me by being responsible for not only customer satisfaction but the daily operation of a major cold storage company. I am responsible for inbound and outbound as well as hiring refrigerated carriers to move our customers freight storage in one of our 4 warehouses in addition to maintaining and assuring our industrial client’s complete satisfaction. My customer service experience also extends over a decade long with companies such as China Shipping North America (CSNA) located in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. CSNA engages in container transportation and related services. I worked within a team of various levels of management and was responsible for handling any and all issues with U.S. Customs on both the east and west coast of the United States.
