In this role, Joe assists the company’s seven VPs with the training and development of their sales teams, as well as other area sales managers, while also serving as part of the field force. He is responsible for the enrollment of new retail business locations and the accompanying training and implementation of proprietary Acima programs to facilitate lease sales. Joe understands that traditional credit financing can be a tough world to navigate, especially in COVID-19 times. For the merchant, a no credit needed option can unearth new opportunities for revenue growth and create competitive advantage to other merchants who only offer traditional programs. For the customer, the program enables the purchase of goods for customers with credit issues.BENEFITS OF IMPLEMENTATIONIn today’s economy, consumers are finding it increasingly difficult to qualify for financing for their in-store purchases. As traditional credit scores fluctuate, lending standards continue to tighten.
