I have worked in the investment industry for 35 plus years with experience in Portfolio management, asset allocation, trading and product marketing &sales. I have had the responsibility of managing assets exceeding $1 billion. During my tenure I was able to manage two funds from the 2 star category in Morningstar fund ratings to the 4 star category and keep them there. I have also lead a product marketing team with respect to several proposed products. I also have experience designing proprietary technical trading models for use in the trading of stocks, bonds and futures. I have also had some experience as a trader trading mid to large cap stocks using program trading platforms. In addition to this I was a semi-regular contributor to such media and magazine outlets as Bloomberg TV/Radio, NY Times, Worth Magazine and Black Enterprise Magazines to name a few.
