I oversee Administration of First Capital EMS, a charitable, non-profit Ambulance Service. First Capital EMS provides Emergency Basic and Advanced Life Support services 24-hours per day, 7-days per week to a large portion of urban, suburban and rural York County PA from 5 stations with a staff of 138 fulltime and PRN EMTs, Paramedics, and PHRNs. First Capital EMS also provides management and staffing through contractual agreement with WellSpan Health, to handle scheduled medical ambulance transportation (discharges and interfacility transfers) centrally in York County and through-out the healthcare system.

Employed as a full-time EMT-Paramedic. I was assigned to C-shift as the Shift Supervisor and served as the Company Training Officer until January 4, 2015. I was promoted to Acting EMS Chief, overseeing and managing daily Company Operations effective January 5, 2015. Officially promoted to EMS Chief May 26, 2015. After the merger of York Regional EMS, West York Ambulance and Grantly EMS, I was promoted to the newly created Executive Director position for First Capital Community Transport Partners (dba: First Capital EMS).
