I am a well versed problem solver who has been led by curiosity into many different fields. I have experience in environmental science, agriculture, teaching, behavior change education, food manufacturing, supply chain logistics, operations management and sales. A drive to find solutions has lead me to be successful in all of these fields. At my previous job, with the assistance of my team, we were able to increase chocolate production by 40% in only 6 months. Also, many major steps were met for the growth of a new factory, eg. HACCP, Kosher, organic, direct trade audits.I have experience living and working outside the United States and as an expat. My years working outside the USA have helped me hone my abilities to learn quickly and adapt. Within a year of my previous posting in Madagascar I was able to gain fluency in the local language. After two years in Madagascar I had gained confident speaking abilities in 5 of the local dialects. I work well within a team or individually. I have experience in both. An example of this would be my years as a collegiate athlete. I played 4 years of varsity baseball in college, winning a National Championship my sophomore year.
