I am an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of success in the management of small to medium sized teams, as well as the development of subordinate employees. I am skilled in fostering an environment of efficiency and consistency, while constantly maintaining a level of professionalism beyond reproach. I enjoy project management, operational planning, employee development, and the development of training curriculum. I am currently enrolled at New Mexico State University (NMSU), and have successfully completed various business management courses with an expected graduation of 11/23. I take online classes, which allow me to work full work schedule hours, uninterrupted. This high work capability was developed by the long work hours during my time serving in the U.S. military, wherein my standard schedule was well above a sixty hour work week. During my attendance at NMSU, I found that I possess a knack for marketing and advertisement. My outside the box thinking has given me a creative edge over my peers, and I would undoubtedly provide this edge to any potential employers. I possess a desire to continue management, however I am seeking to transition from the rigid, and unchanging government structure to employment within the civilian sector. With my management experience and knack for creative thinking, I believe I would be an invaluable asset to a small business which is looking to mitigate their losses during these trying times.
