• Responsible for the management, review, and analysis of Bank of America’s US GAAP allowance for credit losses and provision expense for the commercial lines of business (LOBs). Responsibilities include:o Managing the total allowance and provision results for forecast and quarter end results Providing allocation recommendations and executing necessary adjustments Assisting and reviewing the allowance posting process to company ledger Communication of allowance and provision results to stakeholders, ensuring a consistent narrative before socialization o Leveraging SQL and Tableau to pull data for analysis of key drivers, and preparing concise summaries to management of findingso Reviewing and editing Investor Relations Materials, related to allowance, prior to releaseo Responding to finance and LOB teams’ inquiries into allowance and provision expense numbers on an ad-hoc basis, including presenting and communicating with senior management

• Worked in support of due diligence and rationalization efforts of Front-Line Unit (FLU) and Control Function (CF) testing and monitoring activities for integration into Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT).Work included: o The assessment of testing activities and resources necessary for the integration and alignment of testing portfolios. Completed via data analysis and conversations with the relevant FLU/CF contacts and stakeholders. o Data-driven analysis and rationalization of testing portfolios; presenting results in a coherent manner

• Primary second line of defense and Front-Line Unit oversight for the Digital Wallets business. This included review and challenge of issue identification, oversight of process risk ratings and primary controls, oversight of Third Parties used in the process, and change management engagement. • Testing champion for the team which included being the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Risk Team’s testing portfolio, SME engagement with Enterprise Independent Testing team and presentation on portfolio results. The day-to-day oversight of these tests also included validation and review of testing results including editing of test scripts.

Developed business requirements relating to new regulatory changes within the group. Generated presentation and reporting materials on ongoing basis for distribution to risk, front line units, and technology partners of various levels within the organization. Conducted the collection and inventorying of additional business requirements and conducted data assessments as a response. Additionally, worked with risk teams to remediate any identified gaps in requirements prior to the distribution to technology partners.

As an intern, I assisted in interpreting and analyzing data, determining the best course of action that satisfies a customer's risk needs. Additionally, I assisted in conducting research and investigation into a customer's source of risk, loss and control; generating detailed reports as a result.

Assisted customers on a full service footwear deck with finding the correct shoe to fit their needs performing gait analysis and asking questions to build an understanding of their athletic background and needs, retrieving their shoes from the back stock. Additionally, received and unpacked shipments and restocked the new items.
