Won 1st Place overall for Best Project. Worked within small group of other UCONN Engineering students to design and build a low-cost, disposable spray foam gun capable of high-pressure systems for sponsor company ACME Machinery. Researched and consulted with UCONN faculty and sponsor, planned and constructed multiple design concepts, drafted the down selected design, manufactured a prototype for testing and further optimized until most desirable result was met.

Worked with fellow interns, P&W engineers and UCONN faculty virtually over eight-week course developing hypothetical solution for nuclear propulsion. Investigated prior attempts as well as publicly accessible modern technology and research to create a possible solution. Performed basic analysis of proposed system and gave final presentation with findings.

Greater New York City Area

Worked four summers for mechanical sub-contractor designing controls for building management systems. Consulted with senior engineers and contractors to design and install AutomatedLogic control systems for HVAC, plumbing, alarms and other building subsystems. Some projects include work on the GM Building, Citi Group Tower and USTA Stadiums.
