Developed and implemented a constant training schedule, ensuring that the operational teams ie: Boat Crews, Rescuers, EOD Divers and VPT's, maintained a high level of readiness, giving the Command the capability to respond and co-ordinate SAR missions better, thus reducing response times, as well as increasing the survival rate of the casualties rescued.
