'C' Company is tasked with maintaining Force Elements at Readiness (FEAR) able to deploy on local or foreign operations at short notice. 'C' Company is often deployed in challenging and demanding environments requiring specialised and agile capabilities. ​Administration and management of highly trained teams, capable of deploying on operations both locally and abroad. The Company is currently transitioning from Infantry to Marines, with the intention of becoming SOC by the end of 2025. It consists of a Company Headquarters and four infantry platoons, as well as a sniper element.

Maltese Senior National Representative and Maltese Contingent Commander deployed on UNIFIL with the 120 Infantry Battalion, a Battalion made up of contingents from the Irish Defence Forces and the Polish Army which have embedded within them two smaller contingents from Hungary and Malta. The Maneuver Captain's Carreer Course or MCCC, is a military training and education course primarily for U.S. Army infantry and armor officers, organized under the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) at Fort Benning, Georgia. While the course's students consist mostly of U.S. Army maneuver-branch captains and senior first lieutenants, several U.S. Marine Corps captains and officers from allied nations also attend. MCCC's mission is to prepare students for the leadership, training, and administrative requirements of a successful company commander, and for the execution of the tactical planning responsibilities, while also testing them in higher level positions, Battalion & Brigade Roles

Adjutant 1 Regiment, personal aide and right-hand man to the Regiment's Commanding Officer, assisting with the administration and discipline of the Unit. Also responsible for supervising clerks and other administrative personnel, publishing official orders, handling official correspondence, maintaining records and communicating with HQ AFM and other units.OC HQ Company, which is tasked with keeping the Regiment functioning and operational. Responsible for upkeep and maintenance, administration and records, canteen and food provision, military transport including maintenance, repairs and upgrades, logistics and procurement, as well as the Unit's Control Room, Ranges, Armoury and Ammunition Stores.Current projects include the refurbishment of several areas within the Regiment, such as, the Control Room, Officer's and SNCO's Mess, a Regiment Museum, Living Quarters, Offices, Workshops, services facilities and several outbuildings, an upgrade programme for the Regiment's Military Transport Fleet, and the design, construction and commission of a fully comprehensive and functional Training Area which is to include a mockup Village, static and rolling Vehicles mockup, Obstacle Course, full 360 weapons and scenario simulator, an MMA Gym and a CrossFit Box

Acting Coompany Commander, of a combined maritime and land unit which conducted Search and Rescue Operations, Maritime Law Enforcement, provided Vessel Protection Teams for Offshore Maritime Squadron Vessels, as well as EOD services and Diving Teams for salvage and recovery duties, in the Command's area of responsibility. Lead, mentored and managed the Command's personnel including their welfare, training, evaluation and career management, while also managing the upkeep of the two separate bases, military transport as well as two craft, a fast interceptor RHIB and a SAR launch, including their maintenance, logistical necessities and operational effectiveness and readiness. Developed and implemented a constant training schedule, ensuring that the operational teams ie: Boat Crews, Rescuers, EOD Divers and VPT's, maintained a high level of readiness, giving the Command the capability to respond and co-ordinate SAR missions better, thus reducing response times, as well as increasing the survival rate of the casualties rescued.
