Mechanical Center - Fire Testing (Singapore)• Performed the test and explanation for SINGLAS accreditation within the first 6 months of my employment with minimal CAPA for the fire hose reel and extinguisher tests• Read the European and Singapore standards for firefighting equipment, intumescent paint, door hardware on my own in order to provide satisfactory answers to colleagues and customers, and to correct test procedures or request documentations as necessary

• Oversaw an Endomaster project from start to end as one of the main project coordinator Performed IQ/OQ/PQ for said tooling. Parts made for PQ required no intervention while passing cosmetics and Cpk dimensions• Codevelop compression moulding method, creation of an anvil to facilitate ultrasonic welding of fabric

• Created a process in order to reproduce the Micro Array Patches suitable for use by Vaxxas, despite the mold, material and machine being not suitably robust for the process up to clinical trials.

• Undergo the Machine adjustment with practical intensification training program• Able to set up and optimize an injection moulding process (for thermoplastics), besides providing simple mould maintenance. • Produced a few plastic components required for subsequent assembly• Assisted in the assembly and calibration of the Injection moulding machines
