In my nearly 4 years at CAPITAL I have put together a team that is focused and excited about empowering our customers with the data they need to be effective. Drastically improved security rating of department activities during annual audit, based on previous years results. Since starting at ECG I have been working on getting standards in place for future development. I was brought in to TCI to help rebuild their development capacity due to an expected resurgence in their industry. TCI is a large issuer and servicer of credit card and personal finance products as well as a Call Center for a number of businesses throughout the region. During my time at TCI I oversaw the design and development of a proprietary loan servicing system.I was also instrumental in the reemergence of TCI as a card issuer, providing development direction and design for multiple secured consumer products. After a number of years consulting form L&S I was offered an opportunity to join the team in a lead development role. I was involved in a number of projects supporting both large and small scale marketing efforts. One of the best parts of this position is that I was able to participate in tasks outside of my discipline such as marketing brainstorm sessions and client presentations.
